CRAB MOLD

2 cans crab, drained (can use 1 fresh crab, 1 1/2-2 cups meat)
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 medium onion, chopped or minced
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 envelope unflavored gelatin dissolved in 3 Tbsp cold water

Heat soup.  Add cream cheese and stir until blended, then stir in gelatin.  Add all other ingredients (including mayonnaise) and stir.  Pour into greased 4 cup mold and refrigerate.  Serve with crackers or buffet rye bread.

The small tupperware mold works perfectly.  Take a piece of wax paper, smear a little mayonnaise on it, and "grease the mold".  It plops right out!
